Shipping


Signature is required upon delivery. DD.Diamond is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. DD.Diamond is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to DD.Diamond for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

 

 

International Orders


Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. DD.Diamond is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
  • DD.Diamond is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchanges


All sales are final. If there is a manufacturing defect or production flaw an exchange is available within 14 days of receiving your order.  
To be eligible for an exchange, please email DD.Diamond within 14 days days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be processed. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
We will not accept exchanges on personalized pieces including: eternity bands, custom length necklaces or bracelets, jewelry with initials or letters, birthstones or engraving, as well as made-to-order and/or custom size rings.

Repairs & Resizing

 

Jewelry by nature is delicate. We are happy to repair an item, at no charge to you, within the first 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs vary depending on style and typically start at $30, plus shipping.

Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on style and typically starts at $60. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a DD.Diamond design.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. DD.Diamond has the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing partsfor reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued.

 

 

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in states which require our business to collect and remit. Requirements and thresholds may change due to factors outside of our control.

 

 

DISCOUNTS

Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any Discount Code that was given to you. Discounts are only valid on specific items and for set periods of time.  

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code became valid. We can add a Discount Code to an order where you forgot to enter the code if it is on the same day of purchase. Discount Codes cannot be combined, and they do not apply to Gift Cards.

Buying for someone else is not an easy thing ,many customers don’t know the exact size of their fiancé so we want to make sure your ring fits perfectly.

Erase normal wear and tear that can dull your ring by bringing it in regularly for free polishing or refinishing.

We offer this free service to ensure your ring maintains its optimum brightness and luster.

 

(The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to or cover accidental loss, neglector theft of the diamond and mounting. We urge you to insure your jewelry for casualty or loss).

CLEANING & CARE

 

DD.Diamond jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly.

To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions:

 

- Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering, cooking, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.

- Before bed time, lay your jewelry out flat on a fabric surface to avoid tangling and/or scratching.

- For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.

- To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft tooth brush or your DD.Diamond cleaning set, with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds.

We use a highly secure delivery service that includes insurance to be sure that your jewel arrives at your destination safely. The cost of delivery depends on the destination. That's why it is calculated at checkout.

Return & Pay Back

Every sales is final. Once your purchased a jewel, you cannot exchange it for another one or get a payback.
If DD Diamond estimate that there is a fabrication default on your jewel, we gladly send you another jewel instead.
The shipping cost are paid by the customer.
