the 1st "C"

Color

Graded on an alphabetical scale from D (colorless) to Z (light yellow), a diamond's color rating indicates the degree of yellowness in the stone. The most valuable white diamonds are usually completely colorless.

The 2nd "C"

Clarity

When diamonds are formed, deep underground and under extreme pressure and heat, imperfections in the crystal structure can form and mineral impurities become trapped inside the stone.
Diamond clarity is the quality of diamonds that relates to the existence and visual appearance of internal characteristics.

The 3rd "C"

Cut

A diamond’s shape refers to its physical form and each diamond shape is very different, possessing unique characteristics.

The 4th "C"

Carat

Diamond carat weight is the measurement of how much a diamond weighs. Diamond price increases with carat weight, because larger diamonds are more rare.
